Paper and Bagasse Food Container Sizes

The catalog lists two round paper salad bowls, 500 ml and 1500 ml, with a lid for the 1500 ml bowl. It lists six bagasse hinged containers: 6, 8 and 9 inch squares, the 8 and 9 inch sizes in one- and three-compartment versions, and a 9 by 6 by 3 inch rectangle.

Salad bowls are sized in milliliters
The 500 ml bowl has a 150 mm rim and the 1500 ml bowl has a 185 mm rim. The 1500 ml bowl lid is sized to its 185 mm rim.
