Information we handle
When you request a quote, you may provide your name, email, phone number, company, product needs, quantity, timing, delivery ZIP or city, and request details. If you use an EDI account, we also handle the account, order, and service information needed to serve you. Our hosting and security systems may process standard request data such as IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, and timestamps.
How we use it
We use information to answer quote requests, provide account and order services, support customers, secure and improve our systems, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not use this site for third-party advertising.
When we share it
We may share information with EDI team members who need it, service providers that support hosting, email, account, and ERP operations, legal authorities when required, or a successor in a business transaction. Service providers may use it only to perform their services for us. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the request, customer relationship, security, recordkeeping, and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy rights
To ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal information, email support@edisupplies.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law permits or requires it. We will honor applicable privacy rights and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Tracking and Do Not Track
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics to track visitors over time across third-party websites, so a browser Do Not Track signal does not change how this site behaves. Necessary account-session technology may be used in the separate account portal. Social and other external sites may collect information after you follow their links, under their own notices.
Children
EDI Supplies is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Use this site only for lawful business purposes and do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems. Catalog content, images, and specifications are informational, not a binding offer. Confirm the exact item, pack, pricing, availability, freight, and lead time in an EDI written quote or order acceptance. Any specific written order terms control a purchase. Site content belongs to EDI Supplies or its licensors and may not be republished or commercially exploited without permission. External links are provided for convenience and are governed by their operators. Nothing here limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
