Case and Pallet Ordering for Foodservice Packaging

A clean wholesale order starts with the exact item code and master-case quantity. Pallet and freight planning follows after the product mix, destination, and receiving constraints are known.

Read the pack structure

Inner-pack and master-case quantities describe how pieces are grouped. Order by the sellable case unless an EDI quote explicitly defines another unit.

Plan mixed orders

Share the item codes and case quantities for every line. EDI can then confirm pallet configuration, freight method, and lead time for the complete mix.

Prepare receiving

Include delivery ZIP, dock or liftgate needs, appointment rules, and storage constraints in the quote request so the shipment is planned for the real receiving environment.
